Peter N. Knutzen: Vice President Real Estate & Marketing
A.S. Dover Companies Real Estate Sales and Marketing is headed up by Peter Knutzen. Peter's sales and marketing experience is derived of over 15 years of senior management experience with Fortune 500 consumer package goods and publishing companies. With a strong background in customer marketing and branding, Peter recently re-branded the A.S. Dover Company and launched what is now known as A.S. Dover Communities.
For the past five years Mr. Knutzen has worked extensively with large land acquisitions, amenity community project development and high-end real estate transactions. Peter's vision for A.S. Dover Communities is to create a knowledgeable, professional and customer focused sales and marketing team focused exclusively on the needs of its current and future property owners and guests. Peter is married to his wife Kim and has two sons.
